1. A refund request must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program.
2. Programs with $5 or under fee will not be refunded as that is the minimum administration fee.
3. In the event a program is cancelled by the parks and recreation department, a full refund will be made to all registered participants.
4. Credits are not authorized for missed classes or program dates for any reason.
5. The Parks and Recreation Director reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all refunds.
6. Credit/debit cards will be charged a $1.95 convenience fee. Day of event registration will be $6.95 via credit/debit card as this is a cashless program.
