If you did not see either of these, you must re-submit your registration again. You did not go through the complete process for submission.

Any cancellations after acceptance into the event and/or program will result in forfeiture of all fees.



The July 4th Spectacular takes place in downtown Woodstock at The Park at City Center. The festival starts right after the Parade which would be approximately 10:30 am and ends at 3 pm. We expect about 3,000+ guests to visit the festival this year! Traditionally, 5,000 attend the July 4th Parade. The festival in the park features a variety of vendors, a huge foam party, hands on bubble making, carnival games, mini golf, kid's activities, crafts, and our DJ playing fun music to make your holiday much more exciting! Mystical Parties Entertainment will take the stage with character performances and dance parties for the kids!

Food Vendors are invited to participate in the July 4th Spectacular Festival! The event runs from 10 am until 3 pm at The Park at City Center in downtown Woodstock! The booth fee is $100, add electricity if needed $25.

INSURANCE CERTIFICATE REQUIRED: Food Vendors will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance for this event. Face painting, temporary tattoos, oils, lotion samples, food or food samples, freeze dried candy, soap, cosmetics, or any other vendors with products that may be ingested, absorbed, or that have direct physical contact with guests, require insurance.
