Halloween Vendor Picture

Vendors and Food Vendors are invited to participate in the Halloween Trail of Tricks & Treats! The event runs from 4 pm until 9 pm on the paved Rubes Creek Trail off Arnold Mill Road near downtown Woodstock! The vendor booth fee is $75. There is no electricity or water on site. You can bring a quiet generator.

Food Vendors must have only prepackaged food at this event. There can be no cooking onsite. No food trucks or trailers due to lack of access to the trail.

INSURANCE CERTIFICATE: Some vendors will be required to have a Certificate of Insurance for this event. This includes, face painting, temporary tattoos, oils, lotion samples, food or food samples, soap, cosmetics, or any other vendors with products that may be ingested. Vendors having direct physical contact with guests, such as chiropractic adjustments and massages, require insurance.
