Christmas Jubilee takes place in downtown Woodstock at The Park at City Center and Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater. The festival is held from 2 pm - 5 pm, prior to the Parade of Lights which begins at 5:30 pm. We expect about 2,000+ guests to visit the festival this year! Traditionally, 8,000+ attend the Parade of Lights. The festival in the park offers children the chance to visit with Santa, decorate their own cupcake, have fun with lots of kids activities, inflatables, carnival games, and a variety of crafts for them to make or take home. Everyone will enjoy free hot chocolate, cookies, and cider as our DJ Ronnie plays holiday music to sing along with!

Vendors are invited to participate in the City of Woodstock Christmas Jubilee 2026! The event runs from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at The Park at City Center in Downtown Woodstock! The booth fee is $75 with an additional fee of $25 for electricity, if needed.

Possible INSURANCE CERTIFICATE: Some vendors will be required to have a Certificate of Insurance for this event. This includes face painting, temporary tattoos, oils, lotion samples, food or food samples, freeze dried candy, soap, cosmetics, or any other vendors with products that may be ingested or absorbed. Vendors having direct physical contact with guests such as chiropractic adjustments or massages, require insurance.
