Join us for the most welcoming and affordable weekly yoga class in Georgia! This dynamic practice, led by highly experienced instructor Amy Kenny, is open to all ages and levels. Come relax, unwind, move, and connect in a supportive community.
Amy's teaching style is warm, inclusive, and grounded in over 15 years of experience across a multitude of yoga and meditation styles. Her thoughtful approach ensures that every student, from beginners to seasoned practitioners, feels supported and empowered through their practice.
Each class begins with a warm-up, followed by an all-levels yoga class, and finishes with a calming relaxation.
During the cooler months, we will meet at the WGLSC Activity Center Expansion and transition to the Big Stage at the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater when it warms. When nicer weather arrives, we will take yoga "field trips" to different Woodstock parks to enjoy a change of pace.
Woodstock Yoga Collective is a monthly program. Participants may participate in any or all offering of the class during the month for one price. Please bring your yoga mat!
Participants must be 16 years old, or with an adult at all times (minimum age of 13 years old)
