We will explore meditation and mindfulness as practical life tools, not spiritual performance art. We'll dive into techniques that actually work when your boss is breathing down your neck, your phone won't stop buzzing, and your brain feels like a browser with 47 tabs open.
Come as you are – no special clothes, no prior experience, no ability to touch your toes required.
Meditation & Mindfulness is a monthly program. Participants may participate in any or all offering of the class during the month for one monthly price.
