Pavilion 2 @ Dupree Park

Pavilion 2 is next to the multi-level playground and restrooms, with quick access to the fishing pond and basketball courts. Use of pavilions by organized groups (team practices, business functions, special events) is prohibited without an issued permit from the Woodstock Parks and Recreation Department. Otherwise the space is available for the public.

RESERVATIONS ARE LIMITED TO CITY OF WOODSTOCK RESIDENTS ONLY. City of Woodstock residents are citizens whose primary address is within the City of Woodstock, and pay taxes to the City of Woodstock. Not all Woodstock addresses meet this criteria.

FEE: $35 PER RESERVATION

Exceptions are for reservations made as part of a special event permit or city recreation program. Signage will be posted for all reservations.

Note:

1. Any cancellations after acceptance into the event and/or program will result in forfeiture of all fees.

2. There will be no rain date.

3. The City of Woodstock reserves the right to cancel an event or close a park at any time.

4. If the city cancels an event or program, refunds will be issued based on the City of Woodstock Finance Department policies and a check will be issued by mail within 30 days.

5. The Parks and Recreation Director reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all refunds.

6. Use of a credit/debit card will incur a $1.95 processing fee.

Rules and Code of Conduct
Lessee must adhere to capacity limits for requested facility.
Inflatables are not allowed in City of Woodstock parks.
No sparklers, confetti, beads, gems, jewels, glitter, streamers, silly string, bubbles, aisle runners, fake flowers or leaves allowed inside or outside the facility.
No taping, stapling, pinning, nailing, gluing, or adhesives of any kind on facility walls, doors, dais, or floors. No open flames or candles allowed.
Smoking prohibited inside all parks, trails, and facilities.
No kitchen, sinks, water access, or food prep area available on site.
Linens and decorations for tables are not provided.
The parking lot is a public parking lot and is always accessible to the general public.
Use of permitted space is the only space reserved within the parks system.
Parks and trails are open to the public.
No permitted access to the storage room, City use only.
No on-site storage available.
Parking is allowed only in dedicated spots and is shared with general public use of the parks, trails, and facilities.
