Thank you for your interest in the Summer Concert Series! The Food Vendor booth fee is $250 per concert with electricity. Electricity is limited, please let us know if you do not require it. The event runs from 7:30 pm until approximately 10 pm at the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Hospital at The Park at City Center in Downtown Woodstock!

Click on the GREEN REGISTER BUTTON at the top of this page to submit your application. Be sure to follow the instructions all the way through CHECKOUT to complete the process. You will be invoiced for payment after your application has been accepted, payable net 5 days.


INSURANCE CERTIFICATE: You will be required to have a Certificate of Insurance for this event. Food vendors, face painting, temporary tattoos, oils, lotion samples, food samples, soap, cosmetics, or any other vendors with services or products that may be ingested or that have direct physical contact with guests, require insurance. The Certificate must list the City of Woodstock as an additional insured.
