Programs
Sunrise Yoga is an all-levels, traditional yoga class great for students new to yoga.
Accompanied by a beautiful playlist to compliment the sunrise, this class introduces students to sun salutations and a powerful series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted postures all with detailed guidance and explanation from seasoned yoga instructor Michel Delifer. Classes typically end with deep relaxation and a few minutes of meditation.
Sunrise Yoga is a monthly program, which meets every Saturday at 6:30am at the Gazebo at the Park at City Center. Practitioners may participate in any or all offering of the classes during the month of July for one monthly price.
Participants must be 16 years old, or 10 years and older with an adult at all times

1. Day of event registration will be $31.95 via credit/debit card as this is a cashless program.
2. A refund request must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program.
3. Programs with $5 or under fee will not be refunded as that is the minimum administration fee.
4. In the event a program is cancelled by the parks and recreation department, a full refund will be made to all registered participants.
5. Credits are not authorized for missed classes or program dates for any reason.
6. The Parks and Recreation Director reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all refunds.
7. A $1.95 fee is added by the processor for all credit/debit charges.
