Vendors are invited to participate in the Halloween Trail of Tricks & Treats! The event runs from 4 pm until 8 pm on the PAVED & LIGHTED, Rubes Creek Trail off Arnold Mill Road near downtown Woodstock! The vendor booth fee is $75. There is no electricity or water on site. You can bring a quiet generator. The Rubes Creek Trail is across the street from Fire Station 14 next to Allen Temple AME Church.

No food trucks or trailers due to lack of vehicle access to the trail. Parks and Recreation staff will have vehicles to transport vendors to their booth site.

Possible INSURANCE CERTIFICATE Requirement: Some vendors will be required to have a Certificate of Insurance for this event. This includes, face painting, temporary tattoos, oils, lotion samples, food or food samples, freeze dried candy, soap, cosmetics, or any other vendors with products that may be ingested or absorbed. Vendors having direct physical contact with guests, such as chiropractic adjustments and massages, require insurance. Prepackaged candy is excluded.
