IT'S A BIRD, IT'S A PLANE...IT'S SUPERHERO ROCKS!
Superhero ROCKS! is a spring offering of the ROCKS! series where folks gather together to paint river rocks and distribute them throughout the city. With National Superhero Day on April 28, let's flood Woodstock with superhero rocks. Starts at 11am on the stage at the Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater, so maybe grab some lunch after in downtown Woodstock while you hide your rocks? Superhero ROCKS! is free, but registration is required as supplies are limited.

1. A refund request must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the start of the program.
2. Programs with $5 or under fee will not be refunded as that is the minimum administration fee.
3. In the event a program is cancelled by the parks and recreation department, a full refund will be made to all registered participants.
4. Credits are not authorized for missed classes or program dates for any reason.
5. The Parks and Recreation Director reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all refunds.
